Hey- I know I posted my food intake yesterday. I am just wondering where? I thought it was here, but maybe I made a mistake and left it on a different thread.
Anyway, this is helping. It's not like I am doing super super good. I can see where I might improve, too many Clif Bars, real food would be better. But I did find myself thinking, Do I really want to have to write this down? And it stopped me from the little indulgences that I think about, usually at night.
So in that spirit here is day 3 even though day 2 is MIA.
B - 1/2 cup each oatmeal, cottage cheese, blueberries
S - Clif Bar
L - salad w/ 1/2 cup roasted veggies and 3 oz. turkey brest
S - Clif Bar
D - 1/2 cup ww spaghetti, 1 c roasted vegetables (loving these) 1/2 cup cooked spinach, parmesan cheese
S- Eng. muffin w/ almond butter and sf jelly
