Hi, everyone. E here, another newbie. I have been adhering very strictly to my new lifestyle for a week now, and to me that feels like the biggest milestone ever. I have literally never been able to maintain deliberate discipline in my lifestyle/eating for more than about 36 hours. I'm a former "skinny" who slowly began gaining throughout my 20s and early 30s. I hit my all-time high of 185 and a snug size 14 this summer (I'm 5'8 with a small frame.) I finally said..."ENOUGH" I have heart disease in my genes, so if looking the way I want to wasn't enough of a motivator, not dropping dead in front of my kids like my mother did probably should be.

Go veggies!!!!
