Hullo there from an animal fan!

  • Hi there from Atlantic CanadaI I am certainly happy I found this forum for information and advise! It is always easier to ask a question when people understand what you mean!

I have not always been over weight, but at this time in my life, it has to be one of the worst times. (not that there is ever a good time). I have OA in my knees and they will eventually need to be replaced. But in the mean time, it is limiting and bloody well painful! Especially when I have over 100lbs to lose!!

I was on another program, and lost over 40lbs, but wasn't comfortable there if i could not do it, I would always say, I will do it tomorrow , and then the next tomorrow. Maybe I lost interest, maybe I was just lazy. I do not know. But what I do know is I have tried numerous programs over the last 16 years and lose it, then gain it back...and for my health I HAVE to keep it off this time. There isn't any other better time than now!

So, I lok forwards to meeting y'all!
