Talking No longer Morbidly Obese!

Today, was an amazing day. While the mini goals are fantastic, one of my larger goals was to not be considered morbidly obese - and that day came today. Now, we still have a long way to go until the I can drop the obese, but the idea of not facing impending doom because of my weight makes me FEEL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZING.

Now, with 16 pounds gone, the paper towel roll is beginning to look a little smaller - but my ego has never been better.

Seeing that I thrive on the progress pictures I will share my small joy with you guys. It is a head shot but woah.

Before:

14 pounds lighter and making a wicked funny face:

Whoo hoo!!! That's wonderful, Belle! I love your blog, by the way- I sometimes feel that Muppetly curmudgeons are narrating my life, too. The idea of losing a whole person's worth of weight IS amazing- but, imagine the results: "Wow, I've just lost Jessica Biel's left leg!" Cool!

CONGRATULATIONS! That is a fabulous milestone. I have a lot of issues with the BMI, but since the categories are roughly accurate for me, I do like reaching the different categories as a milestone.

Lol, thanks.... It really gives me almost like a euphoric feeling to do it. It helps me keep in line with my book too. Lol, i only figured out that she was A - half my weight and B-what I needed to lose when I did a google search trying to find out what I looked like if i weight 127 and stumbled upon a picture of her naked in a sink. I was like... ums. "Self, you need to lose Jessica Biel to look like Jessica Biel." The irony was just amusing to me. You would be really surprised at the negative comments that i get for making fun of myself that i just don't post.

Thanks for all the love guys! I HEART YOU ALL IN THE FACE!

Congratulations -- that's a pretty major "mini" goal! Keep up the good work!

I just looked up the classifications of different rates of obesity based on BMI.

It looks like I just lost a classification, too. Yay!
