I've been slacking off being at a weight where I feel much better. And I still have a way to go before even my initial goal.

No snacks at all? Not even healthy snacks to keep you from getting starving before a meal?

Don't do it!!!!!

I got to 136 on the way to 121, went on a fantastic holiday where I felt normal, human, good for the first time but Ever - and now, behold me nearly 80lbs off it again.

Learn by my stupidity and hang in there! (You've done amazingly!)

OK, no snacks then! You've come too far. Think of all the teachers telling you how wonderful and healthy you look

The problem for me is when I think about it too much (food) then that's all I want. But how do we not think about it?!?

chewing gums.
For me, chewing gums help me get away from food.
Although what i do now is keeping a habit of not going near the fridge unless it's meal time. It took me a while to make that habit but it's helping

I'm starting to have a similar issue. Last night, I went out with friends and ate out some food that I shouldn't have had. Today, I'm going to think about all the cute clothes I want to wear when I reach my goal. I'm also going to plan all my food this weekend and hopefully, beyond. If you plan exactly what you're going to eat, you're less likely to get off track.

I had a hard time like five pounds before my goal. The whole time I was nearing that goal though, I was thinking, I need to have a new goal. So now I need to make a new ticker for 130. I guess when I made my goal, I didn't want it to seem to daunting. Keep up the good work! You can fight those urges.

I seem to be one of the slightly more fortunate ones. My determination level increases the closer I get. I have a "I've come this far, I'm not messing it up now" mentality.

Hang in there! You know you'll feel better if you stick with your plan and make goal, you know you have it within you and we all do too!

I'm not even close to my goal but I've been slacking off because I'm liking what I see in the mirror.
