I completely believe you can do this! And I like how you have a plan, mini-goals, and a place to exercise regularly. That's just fantastic. Stick with it!
The only thing you may want to reconsider is "only veggies". Even vegetarians & vegans eat more than just veggies. We're complex creatures, and we need many things in order for our wonderful bodies to function properly. Protein, fat, fiber, essential vitamins, and enough calories... it's not a choice... they're
needed. We just have to get them in the right amounts. And up to this point we've been getting far too many calories. That's all. So, while it's good to get enough veggies...
only veggies could lead to a backlash (binging) or feeling very ill.
You can definitely lose weight & keep it off. But, we have to practice healthy choices on the way to our goal... not just when we get there.
