Don't watch these but agree completely about the best part of summer ending is the return of TV (ok, and the kids finally getting outta here and back to school; nice to have a coherent uninterrupted thought again ).
Between the dopey 'game shows', the Olympics - love watching them but am over them by the second week; and all the politics - which I find extremely interesting but again, just want something else to watch -- I am thrilled that the regular season is returning soon.
The shows I'm most looking forward to returning: The Big Bang Theory -- if you haven't checked this out you must; it is hilarious; Lost - well obviously ; Hereos - they are gonna need to show a summary of last season 'cause I can't remember anything it's been nearly a year!; and Friday Night Lights - this won't be on until January, they made some cable deal so it wouldn't get cancelled.
The new show I'm soooo excited about? J.J. Abrams' Fringe. Simply cannot wait for this and am hoping it lives up to the hype. Alias is my fav all time show and I love Lost so I'm hoping this one (suppose to be an X-Files meets CSI show; (Twilight Zone, Night Stalker (ah, the original) shows were favs of Abrams) knocks it outta the park.
