I follow the Just My Size Yoga with Megan Garcia DVD. I also got her book MegaYoga... and I'm having a lot of fun with the book. Once I move I'd really like to look for a class.

More than just feeling calm, I feel stronger. I also feel this great appreciation for my body and all that it can do. It makes me feel gratitude, and it makes me happy.
