I just want to tell you all that if you are not in our 3FC 5K's you are missing out on a lot of life! Check us out in WEIGHT SUPPORT....we just finished our LABOR DAY one with some wonderful stories....ISABELLA is filling in for me on the next one and already has it going....she needs your support! I SWEAR! If you enter it and do it and "FAIL" to have a good time...I will personally BE YOUR 3FC SLAVE!!!
