So my iphone is my favorite toy ever. I was cruising itunes and found a new application called iscale. Does anyone use it?
It lets me record foods/calories in the phone. It adds up the calories for the day and has a little graph that shows how many calories you have eaten and what your goal is. The scary part is it shows the number of calories you have eaten on the icon on the phone. So I'll never forget how much I've eaten during the day!
