Angry very depressed and want to binge

I am so freaking upset... I can't take it anymore!!(I'm not suicidal) I just can't handle living with my father anymore- he doesn't do anything to help with the rising costs of bills... omg my electric bill just jumped 60 F'ING dollars!! *sobs* I can't afford to live here anymore and I'm depressed, p*ssed, and just flat out homicidal!! Good thing no one is here!! I really really want to eat... I can't!! I've been MIA for a week or so now b/c I've been so dang busy with whatever else and omg i just need to vent and cry and STAY AWAY FROM THE FRIDGE!
How do you deal or cope with such feelings if you've ever experienced such depression/rage!?!
I wish I could run... I'd run until i passed out!! I have so much rage/anger and no way to get rid of it!! Maybe I'll get on the bike or elliptical...
*sobs* I need to see a therapist i think... or just move far away from here...
*thanks for reading my rant and thanks for any advice*

ok take a huge, deep breath. Now repeat 10 times

I get really angry with my fmaily too sometimes, it looks like its time for both of us to move out, but my financial situation doesnt allow me to. If yours does, i'd advise that you look for someone where new to go, or perhaps you can move in with another family member or friend?

Dont let your anger undo your hard work! That would just make you more angry. Its so hard. But all things pass

I think just writing about your feelings can be a very therapeutic thing, and it keeps you from eating. Sip some water (or grab a piece of fruit or something if you're REALLY hungry) and why don't you tell us, little by little, what's going on? I've already experienced a lot of emotional ups and downs while trying to lose weight, and I've only been OP for a little over a month! But you'll find that the people on here are extremely kind and supportive. I posted not too long ago when my mother said something really hurtful to me, and I was amazed by the support everyone gave. We're here for you! So tell us, what's up? It sounds like there's some kind of problem with your father; what is it? Just let it all out! I think it will make you feel much better!

Exercising is supposedly a really great way to work out aggression (endorphins and all that, heh), but it's hard to motivate yourself to do it when you're in such a funk. Sometimes if I'm in a nasty mood I find some really loud, screamy, angry music and blast it while singing along and dancing around my room, etc. You might find that listening to something peaceful, or not listening to anything, helps you to clear your mind better. I guess everyone is different. Just thing of other things you can do instead of eating, even if it means moping around just a little - watching TV or a bad movie or something - whatever it takes to make the emotional eating urge go away!

At time like this, I usually drink a huge glass of cold water, and listen to classic music, and lay in bed try to sleep. Or I will read a book/watch anime, so i can focus on something, and not thinking about what is going on, until my brain is tired from watching too much, i'll end up sleeping. IDK but after sleep, i feel so much better. (That probably just me, but hey, ^^)

Don't let your depression undo all your hard work. Things will turn worse if you do so becuz then you have to deal with another depression from unable to keep your weight off >.<" If you live near a park or somewhere close to nature, take a long walk and breath fresh air there. It might help too.

Hope you feel better soon

When I feel like extreme emotion like this.. I dance my butt off, run, scream or write my feelings out.

Sometimes we dont understand how we really feel until we write our feelings down. You need to express those feelings, because ultimately thats how we end up overweight and prone to binge - because we try to smother those feelings.

Let them flow!

I know I've said it before, but I really think you should move out if you have the means to get your own place. I know, easier said than done.

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time...
