Hello Ladies. I am 21 years old. Just had my first child who is a month old now. I have always had problems managing my weight and have always been big. My daughter has inspired me to lose weight because I don't want her thinking her mommy is fat. At delivery I had weighed 206 lbs. Before that I weighed 170. I am 5'1..which means that is incredibally too much weight and I do need to lose! My long-term weight loss goal is 140. My short-term is going to be 170. I went back to the doctor August 15th (Almost 4 weeks PP) I weighed 192 when I went. I go back August 29th..hoping I'm down some more! I really need some motivation and glad I have found this site. I have been a member of it for awhile but just now determined to stick to something.
