) but it really helps me stay focused. If I've planned that glass of wine, I'm much less likely to say "oh pooh, I've blown it anyway so I might as well have a piece of pie" And, occasionally, I'll leave a *blank* spot in my calories for the day just in case I decide to have a second glass of wine. If I don't have it, I can always add a handful of nuts at the end of the day.
Maybe I should just sleep all day long (and night too) LOL...
Its definitely not easy but it gets better with time, and soon you learn to control it even on those difficult days.
