Welcome Jessie!

I am on a WW at home type deal. I don't do meetings. I have lost 34 pounds over the course of four months. My blog is on this website at I Am MILF. That explains more if you are interested. Whatever you choose, don't get discouraged if that diet plan isn't for you. I tried two before WW stuck. Both of the ones I happened to choose were low carb. I couldn't get through two weeks of induction on either, let alone one week. Good luck, Jessie. You can totally do this!
