Default Flat belly diet,,,,,,,
Just wondering do we have to eat the mufas at the same time with our meal OR say we have a sandwich , can we eat peanut butter right after instead of with it? And where do I get flaxseed oil?

I got mine at GNC. Not sure about the MUFAs, I'm still in the jumpstart.

Thanks, I just assumed it was like a food item from like wal-mart, maybe someone else can fill me in on the Mufas,, thanks
