Hello everyone !! I am new here and I have a lot to loose so here for the long haul but, I am committed have been dieting for the past month and stuck with it and I have made lifestyle changes that have allowed me to continue loosing and Im so excited because I know I can do it this time !!! anyone else have a lot to loose???

PLENTY of people here have a lot to lose...not sure where your weight is now, but we have the 100 lb club here, for those who are losing or have lost 100 lbs or more, and also the 300+ Club, for those with starting weights near or above 300 lbs. Both are active, supportive, insightful groups.
Anyway, look around, find a spot or several, and keep posting. I can't wait to hear more from you soon!
