Smile Hellooo Everyone!!! =D

Hi, My names Julie, I'm 19 from England. I Just had my goregeous little boy 11 weeks ago and looking for support from this forum to help get me from 200lbs to 130lbs. I started my diet and exercise on 19th July and i'm currently 188lbs so it's going well. Even though its been a few weeks since i started i'm still really focused and motivated which hardly ever happens when i diet so i'm really confident about reaching my goal weight this time! I eat fruit for breakfast, a corn on the cob or soup for dinner and turkey and veg or fish and veg for tea and doing 60 mins on my exercise bike every night and 400 sit-ups. I'm quite obsessive about it but that's just how i am and my diet wouldn't work otherwise. i also try to eat very little carbs. I'm hoping to be around 140 for New year but anywhere near wil be a big achievement!
Hope to hear from everone soon

xxxx

Julie! We're happy to have you joining us, and congratulations on your new baby! You sound really motivated and determined to lose weight, and that's great! But I'm concerned that you aren't getting enough calories every day. It's very important to eat a balanced diet that includes lots of vegetables, dairy, fruit and protein, along with whole grains in order to maintain a lasting weight loss. Look around our site and join right in! We look forward to getting to know you better!
