Hi everyone. My name is Robyn and I am currently living in ND. We are a military family and luckily only have one year left here. I currently have about forty pounds to lose to my goal weight. I am a runner and calorie counter. I am also a HUGE emotional/stress eater. Being a sahm makes that an extremely difficult challenge!!!! I am so looking forward to getting to know all of you!!!
Welcome Robyn! We have about the same weight loss goals. I wanna lose about 40lbs so and hopefully by February. We'll see how that goes though. What kind of diets/exercises are you doing? I'm doing The Firm and my own version of Weight Watchers lol. Hope to hear from you soon.

Awesome! I hope to lose it by about February as well. For diet, I am just trying to stay around 1500 calories a day and eat a well rounded diet. I am meeting with a nutritionist once a month. For exercise, I run a lot and do pilates. I need to add weight training and do some other cardio as well.
