Ok so i have taken a long look in the mirror and need to get my butts back into one lol. I'll warn you i have a weird sense of humour but i do try to see the best in everything.
I'm 37 divorced so technically i have lost 155 lbs of the 220 i need to lose lol. No kids no pets and hate to admit no excuses as to why i don't work out and eat right . umm oh yeah except for that little one that i'm lazy and skip meals like its a religion but i have been working on that. So i am looking at mini goals to get down to my ideal weight of 175 from my weight now of 240. that will take me from a 14 back down to a 8-10. I just need to be held acccountable to someone so i stay on track. Yeah tough love approach for me.
