My name is Annie and I've decided to change my life for the better.
I have to relose wieght I have gained over the past year and a half and then on to my ulitmate goal. Last year I was 183 (I'm 5'11 so not great but not terrible) Now I've somehow let myself go up to 215. I'm going to put a stop to this before it gets worse and hopefully get down to the wieght I was 3 years ago (160s). I'm planning on doing south beach diet and have been on track and going to the gym 5 times a week for the past 2 weeks. I guess thats about it. A quick hi and a story
