I have not been having much luck with different diet plans. But on Thursday, I decided to sign up at our local hospital for the "Choose to Lose" plan. Has anyone here ever been on it? What can you tell me about it. Did it work for you? Or did you lose interest?

The program is based on "fat calories". You can also find their books on Amazon.com or any of the others, Barnes and Noble, Borders.
I would really like to hear from other Choose to Lose people who have tried the program.
