Well, I don't actually read the Getting to Know you Sticky bc it's sooo long! Like how many pages is it up to? So I tend to just read the posts, and then reply if I feel like I have anything to add to the discussion.
I don't really follow a specific plan either. I just calorie count. I enjoy the support as well, and reading that others are going through the same problems as me (who knew that everyone else had issues with the inner thigh of their pants wearing out too?) helps me out. But my accountablility comes from keeping a food journal. I read a recent article that says that keeping a food journal really helps people lose weight-bc it keeps you accountable and you realize just how much you're eating. Even if you don't count the calories!
