i always get mixed answers to this, 1 cup of fruit (when it doesnt say oz) is it what u can jam into a measuring cup, or 8 oz? i guess im confused bc 1c of lettuce is what fits into a 1c measuring cup, not 8 oz...and i so want the 8 oz of fruit!
btw i shoved grapes into a measuring cup, and it equaled around 6 oz, unless i smoosh and make grape juice im not getting more in there...what r ur opinions?
If it says "1 cup", then that's what you can fit into a 1-cup measure without smashing the fruit, such as watermelon cubes, grapes, etc. If it says "8 oz", then it's 8 oz. Good luck!
