Default My first weigh in tomorrow!

I have my 2nd meeting (and first real weigh in) tomorrow morning. I'm nervous! According to MY scale I've lost 3.5 lbs or so, but who knows tomorrow morning what it will be.

Aaaaaaaand I'm going to the Batman movie in a few minutes and I am planning on just having a diet pop and some M&M's. No salty popcorn to make me retain water before tomorrow.

Do any of you do anything to help your weigh in? I was thinking about going for a walk before the weigh in, but I think I'll probably skip it.

good luck!

as long as you see visible changes..that's all that matters. scale is just another tool to monitor..it's not the end of the world. if it says you gained 50 lbs but you look better..thats all it matters!

Go easy on the M&ms! Thats my advice! Also, don't drink too much liquids before you weigh in too.

Good luck! I hope its good news =]

I would do a brisk walk or jog the night before.

Whatever you decide to do, be consistant with that each week.

Good luck.
