I hit my exercise minutes, and lost 5.6 lbs. My weight loss has *really* slowed down since I started. Part of that is due to me not needing to lose so much weight! However, the other part is complacency - I haven't been working out with the same intensity that I did previous, and my eating habits, while they are still within my points, may have had a few "not so good choices".
However, that just means I need to double my efforts in August, right?! (And not by doubling the total minutes worked, but the efforts I put into the whole WL package)

Good job everyone who lost.
I lost 4 pounds
and did 720 minutes (goal was 700).
I bumped my goal up to 800 minutes for this month.

Yes, I'm glad I lost something. Just thought I'd have more to show for 67 hours of exercise.
