Hey everyone! I am new here. Just came across this site on a random google search. I am 25 year old legal assistant and am 5'5 and weigh 150. I have never been the skinny girl or the "overweight" girl, just somewhere in the middle. I am tired of weighing this much. I work out around 5 days a week and eat healthy. Nothing is changing though and I cannot drop the pounds. My goal is 130. It seems a thousand miles away.
I hope this website helps make me more accountable and that I can make some friends in the process.
You will find LOTS of great support here! 130 is very do-able. Find a plan that works for you and post here often. The folks around here are GREAT motivators and can help when you have questions or concerns.
