I am not a nutritionist, but my opinion for what it's worth (maybe $.02

)... if you aren't fully vegan (said you are "eating more vegan") I doubt b12 is something you really need to worry about yet.
I don't take any supplements, but I do eat food fortified with b12 on a daily basis, including soymilk and nutritional yeast. I would think a multi-vitamin with b12 should be fine if you feel the need to supplement, as long as you don't have a problem with absorption.
