Default Workout DVD Suggestions Needed

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some good DVD suggestions for a high intensity fat-burning regiment. Right now my only work-out DVDs are for yoga, which is fine, but I would love something that I can pop in late at night when the gym is closed and really get a good sweat going. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Jillian Michaels:

30 Day Shred -- you need dumb bells
Shape Up Backside -- you need dumb bells and a step
Full Frontal -- you need dumb bells and a step

I highly recommend these. They get my heart rate up and get me sweating, that's for sure!!

I just started working out with the Biggest loser DVD. It has 4 exercise choices included: low or high intensity cardio, boot camp, and strength and tone. You can pick your own workout such as warm up-high intensity-strength-cool down. Or choose the premade workout. I like the dvd because it has people who aren't "super skinny doing everything perfect" the people are contestants from the show who huff and puff just like me!

I LOVE Power 90 (the old DVDS, they come with a resistence band) and Turbo Jam. The short workout on these DVDs still get my heart rate up and me sweating like crazy! Can't say enough about them.
