Question Physicians Weight Loss Questions

Hi,
I have been doing the PWLC program now for 6 weeks. I started at 209 and am down to 196. I like the program in general. NO other diet has worked for me like this one. I understand the program and don't really have any questions. I would however like to hear your stories related to the program. Thanks ahead of time.
