I am new, just started posting yesterday. Would like to give and receive support on my weight loss journey and fitness goals.
I would like to be part of a board that is positive, upbeat, friendly and quite active, any suggestions ???
I am a whole foods eater and vegetarian, am on WW, so should i mainly stick with those 3, or do you know any other boards that are just so great ??
