I really like the yoplait lite boston cream pie ones.. they are delish! Almost all of yoplait lite's flavors are good.. but the fruit ones have chunks of fruit in them.. I stay away from those cuz I don't like my yogurt chunky.. But if you like that sort of thing, the flavors are really good! =]

Hey, girl, enjoying your coffee yet? I stick with Fage Greek yogurt 0% fat. I buy the unflavored because the flavored ones have too much sugar. It's very versatile, can be used as sweet or savory. For savory use it as you would in dips in place of sour cream. It's my standby sweet treat that has lots of protein. I take about 1/2 cup of Fage and mix it with some SF jello powder (don't make jello first) and a packet of Splenda. Add the jello to taste. Peach is my favorite. A lot of people mix it with SF pudding mix. If you do this expect something with a cheesecake sort of flavor. I don't have a carton handy, need to run to the store, but it has around 17 g of protein in a serving, more than regular yogurt!!

I can buy it at my local supermarket but amazingly enough it's cheaper at Fresh Market. They carry it in large containers and the supermarket only carries individual containers. There's other brands, what you want is Greek Yogurt. Greek yogurt is like regular yogurt with a lot of the liquid strained out. Just be sure you're getting fat free or 2%.

All I get is the Trader Joe brand of Greek yogurt, 2%, plain. I add my own fruit.

unflavored greek yogurt is THE BEST!!!!!!! i go for the 2%. and it's breakfast during the week - i start out with a 20 g protein shake, and then a mix of a couple of tablespoons of LS/LF granola, about 1/2 c berries or other fruit, and a little sweetener. YUMMMMM!!!! <but then, i'm a real simple person>

every once in a while i think about doing something different, but that never happens.

it was REAL hard for me to find a yoplait or dannon or other kind of yogurt that worked for me - the ones that fell into the calorie/carb range tasted awful. and the ones that tasted good had way too many carbs for me and i dumped.

so, the greek yogurt has been a real help for me.
