Default My new tactic

Okay so I'm having a rough time controlling the food intake. So I think I am going to switch it up a little and concentrate on something I have a bit of an easier time controlling, exercising!

I think I am going to try to sign up at the Y and start with some classes that I enjoy. Once I'm in the exercise groove, hopefully the eating will be easier to handle

funny you say that. i always have been the opposite; eat right and then working out just sounds good. good luck!
