Default breezy cheesy

I love broccoli and it's good for me too! However... I like cheese on it as well... Does anyone have a recipe, or know of a type of cheese I could buy to drizzle on my steamed broccoli??

Why not sprinkle on some grated parmesean cheese? Lots of flavor for not too many calories.

Also, instead of steaming your broccoli, maybe try it roasted or in a stir fry. You might not "need" the cheese then.

You might want to try experimenting with different veggies and [B]methods[/B ]of cooking them. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what you discover.

Not that there's anything wrong with broccoli. It's a great veggie. But there's lots more out there.

.

These are ones that I found online, I haven't tried them yet.

Here's one that's super simple (3 ingredients!) and you can use low-fat cheese, I'm definitely going to try this one:

I saw this one a few times, it uses cream of rice cereal, which seems a little odd but I guess it must be good for thickening:

Laughing Cow Light Cheese has only about 30 calories for a serving and you can warm it up and thin it out with some milk to make a really yummy cheese or alfredo sauce. I love the garlic and herb flavor.
