I want to take it off
(fat , that is) the same way I put it on....Slowly. I'm not in a hurry.
I'm 204 pounds at 5Ft. 1/8th....I need all the height I can get!
I need to start an excercise regiment in the morning...I am a morning person, so I am jump-started already. If I wait till later in the afternoon, or after work, I am too tired to do anything.
Fast food is my biggest problem, and I need as many ideas as possible for quick and easy pre-prepared lunches I can take to work with me. I eat many snacks about every two hours to keep the sugar levels at bay, but I need to stay away from the potato chips and colas!!! My biggest addictions! Someone I know suggested the Adkins diet, but the FDA warns of possible heart failure/ kidney damage and liver damage. I'll go by the pyriamd of food groups and hope I don't hang out around the fat section for too long. I think Fiber is the key. Smaller quanities of meat. and plenty of vegetables. That has been the best diet in my past of many diets. I've been a yo-yoer all my life, I've studied every diet that mis claims it's fame. Common sense and a lot of patience will be the goal. Wish me some luck too?
