Hi everyone:
I am back after a serious fall off of the wagon complete with the thoughts that I can still lose weight eating anything I want! Argh... Well I have dusted myself off, weighed myself and cringed at the 5 pound weight gain. I am writing this to recommit to changing my eating habits. I am going on vacation in the middle of September and really don't want to feel at least a little more comfortable in the plane and walking around. My ability to rationalize any kind of eating is really getting old.
Great job getting back on the wagon Everyone gets bounced off some time or another lol I think we all know how you feel- is great you are shifting gears again.
