Default oh my goodness

So I've been walking a few times a week just trying to get myself going on doing the exercise thing and that's been going well, I usually do a mile or so. Well this week I thought I'd start the C25K ( i tried once before) So today I went out this morning and didn't to too awful, I walked more then I was supposed to but I figure I can always do Week 1 twice to get me where I need to be, the important thing is that I'm doing it. Well I though I'd also start doing a some at home workouts because I'm gym shy. I found a simple enough looking exercise ball work out and a 6 min butt work out and thought...hey this shouldn't be too bad...let me tell you, i look like a giant tomato right now, that was so hard! I can't believe how out of shape I am, I couldn't finish either workout.
Tomorrow is another day though, I'm just going to keep trying till I can finish them but man this working out crap is hard!!!

Keep up the good work! It'll get easier as you do it more. When I did the C25K I had to do weeks one and two twice each. I say even if you have to do every single week twice you'll still be running 3 miles or 30 minutes at the end of it!!

It's okay Kanne!!! That's how I felt on Sunday night when I did my fav workout dvd for the first time in almost 10 years. My legs are still sore at this moment, but you can bet I'll be doing it again tomorrow!!!! Good Luck!!!

Good Luck!! I am planning to go to the gym every day, and will try to commit for a month. I hope our plans will work out for both of us.

I know how you feel! I got a new tape and did workout 1 for the first time yesterday and it wiped me out and sometimes I had trouble keeping up! I imagine in a few weeks though it will be too easy and I will move to workout 2. Keep up the good work!
