www.coolrunning.com. You do it 3 times a week...Each week has different workout. For example, week one, you do Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Week two, you do Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes... and so on. The schedule is on the website.
Also, Robert Ullrey's podcast is a great podcast for the running because it's got music, it tells you when to walk and when to run.
It's a great way to get cardio in.
