Default breakfast help for picky eater new to ww

Every morning I normally have a Carnation Instant Breakfast pack and 1.5 to 2 c of 1% Organic Milk. I just started up on weight watchers and I found out this breakfast is a whole SEVEN POINTS!!!! I've been starving myself now for breakfast because I don't know what to eat. I don't really like eating bread, especially for breakfast, it just makes me feel weighed down, and I don't like eggs either (I usually have eggs maybe once a month). And most of the breakfast suggestions involve bread and/or eggs. Please help! I'm starving!

Well, what do you like to eat? Eat *that* for breakfast!

1½ cups of green vegetables, a serving of tofu, 1 tsp. of oil and ½ cup of brown rice in a "stirfry" would be less than 5 points, right?

Have milk and cereal! If you look, I'm sure you could find a low-points breakfast shake somewhere. have last night's leftovers!

Have you ever had Vita-tops? They're muffin tops in the freezer section of the grocery. Oh WOW! They're 1 POINT each and so, so yummy! I bought the Country Crock Light butter with Omega 3s and made a plan that I would use 1 TBSP daily of that to get my healthy fats in. One Vita-top with my Omega butter and 8 oz of 1% milk are an awesome breakfast! Lots of vitamins, fiber, a dairy, and my good fats for 5 POINTS. Just thought I'd share that little find.

I also am a fan of the Pepperidge Farms Whole Wheat Mini-Bagels. They are also 1 POINT, and I use the WW individual packs of cream cheese for 1 POINT. I have this with a yogurt smoothie, also 1 POINT, for a 3 POINT breakfast.

I've also been known to have a little bagel and turkey bacon sandwich for 3 POINT with 8 oz of light orange juice for 1 POINT for a 4 POINT breakfast.

What about yogurt with Fiber One sprinkled in it for crunch? The POINTS will vary based on the type of yogurt you eat, but it's usually 2 to 3 POINTS and it packs a lot of fiber to keep you fuller longer.

I also like Fiber One Bars (2 POINTS) with a glass of 1% milk (2 POINTS). Again, lots of fiber to keep you full longer.

Ok, last one! Light string cheese is only 1 POINT and it has a lot of protein, which, like the fiber, keeps you full longer. If breakfast didn't quite do it I use light string cheese as a mid morning snack a lot or I add a light string cheese to one of the lower POINT breakfasts.

Hope that helps!

Any food out there can be eaten for breakfast. No food is assigned to a particular meal. You don't have to eat eggs or bread for breakfast. I sometimes have leftovers from the night before. I always include a protein with every meal and snack - it keeps me feeling full longer. How about a breakfast smoothie - your 1% milk, fresh fruit a few ice cubes. I also like cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast with a tablespoon of chopped nuts.
