Friday
  • bf 2 slices of wholemeal toast
  • din dins cheese pasty
  • tea cauli cheese and new pots
  • supper packet of crisps
  • fruit snacks

Ok there is a lot of cheese there.

Did you like my bullets yesterday I was quite proud of them? I did them the hard way but I'll do it the easy way today
  • Bf 2 slices of wholemeal toast
  • Din dins 2 veg hotdogs in bun salad mustard
  • Tea Aubergine and pasta gratin
  • Supper have bought some of those laughing cow things so maybe that on what???? (crackers)
  • Fruit during day
  • tasting of OJ at tesco
  • throat lozengers
  • laughing cow #just to try it#

Now who is going to join me????

OK here's goes although I can't promise a post every day cos I'm forgetful and busy....
this is my day so far, will try and post again later cos I don't know what dinner will bring as yet, I really need to go shopping.

BF. Youghurt 2 pts
1//2 cup skim milk...this does me for my tea during the day. 2 pts

Lunch. Lean pocket 2 pts
Trying to glug the six required glasses of water as well, but not enjoying so far cos it's cold outside...

Question Question

Ok then calorie queens what I basically have is a cal limit of about 1700 and in that I need

2 slices of toast for bf

mid morning banana

lunchtime quick sandwich/similar

afternoon fruit

tea meal

supper meal about 8

Its a challenge! Can I get all that into 1700 cals or not? Then of course there is wine...HELP.
