Hi, I've been on this diet for about a month- and I've lost 15 pounds.
I've been buying a lot of my food from Holy Food Imports, an online company.

It's an excellent place and I love the food. But, I need some vegetable suggestions. Please? Anybody else on this diet who can reccomend good brands for the food or some good types of veggies?

I buy mostly fresh veggies so no brands really to recommend. Buying locally grown produce will be the best as that stuff has has less time to sit around and is fresher and better for you. Invetigate local farmer's markets in your area.

As far as frozen, Just check labels. Look for the fewest "extra" ingrediets possible. I never eat canned, except things like beans so I have nothing to recommend on that front.
