Hey Everyone, I am measuring myself every week to two weeks, and with me upping my exercise I thought I'd post here for all those who measure, or are afraid of measuring lol
I measure my upper arm, forearm, wrist, chest, waist, hips, calf, and thigh.... the first time I measured both right and left sides then wrote down the largest number making a note of R or L..
I measure because I am trying like heck not to get hung up on the pounds, I easily fall into the obsessive category thus ending in awful habits, measuring so far has worked for me... so over the next three months I'll be posting every week to two weeks in order to keep myself in check! Those that measure, are more than welcome to post them on here as well. lol
June 28th- all measurements in inches
Forearm: 11 1/2 (L)
Upper arm: 15 1/2 (L)
Wrist: 6 3/4 (L)
Chest: 53 1/2
Waist: 53
Hips: 63 1/2
Thigh: 30 (L)
Calf: 22 1/2 (L)
Isn't knowing half the battle? lol
