I'm still at 200(199.5 to be exact) which is a 2 lb loss since last Friday but I have been at 200 since Tuesday.

I will jump in I have been MIA due to falling off the wagon into a large vat of fast food and sweets. I have managed to climb back out as of tuesday and lost 6lbs I am at 174 which is 3lbs above where I was last weigh in but 6lbs below the 180 I was on tuesday

I have been stuck at 192 for a few weeks. Thats EXACTLY 25lbs lost. I think I may be starting a little plateau, so in order to break the 192 cycle I am starting up some more workouts. I walk A LOT but I am going to get back into doing some muscle training, hopefully that helps.

Weighed in at 141 yesterday AND today. That's a four-pound loss in the last week or so. I suspect it has more to do with water retention than anything else, but I'll take it.

Still have a good 22 pounds of fat to shed!
