Default Tuna Salad Stuffed Tomatoes

Not too sure if this has been posted before. "Tuna" and "tomatoes" bring up a lot of hits on search.

Anyway, it's really simple and VERY tasty, if you like tuna and tomatoes.

2 large, whole tomatoes
1 regular sized can or pouch of tuna.
1 to 2 tbsp of reduced fat mayo (or you can substitute avocado if you don't mind your tuna having a green tinge to it)
minced veggie crunchies to taste

Cut the tops off tomatoes and scoop out the guts. Save all but the seeds and slime to chop up and mix with tuna along with the mayo/avocado and veggie crunchies. Once your tuna salad has been made, put it and the tomatoes in the fridge to chill. Fill your tomatoes with the tuna and enjoy!

Awesome, love it. That's one of my favorite summertime lunches, tuna salad stuffed tomatoes. I grow my own tomatoes every year and I can't wait to have that again.
