So, I'm ALL about programs, apparently! I'm in LOVE with the
Couch to 5 K (C25K) which conditions your body to go from being a couch potato to running 3 miles within a 9 week course.
And I'm recently getting SUPER excited about the
100 Push-Ups Program!

Basically the same as the C25K, but for your arms!
The idea of being able to do so much amazing stuff by the end of the summer really makes my heart flutter with happiness
But I'm starting to wonder if maybe they're
too good to be TRUE
What's the vote? Do ya think these are healthy, amazing, incredible, wonderful programs - or am I getting my hopes up?
And if they are everything I'm HOPING they are ----
Is there one for sit-ups too??
