Default My husband hid the scale :(

I told him yesterday how disappointed I was because of TOM and weight gain. This morning I woke up and went to weigh myself, the scale is missing. I told him I needed it so I can post on here how much I weigh since its Friday. He told me he would call me from work at 9:00am to tell me where it was at ONLY if I weighed myself once and not get on it the rest of the day. He thinks I'm obsessed with weighing myself lol

Good for your hubby!! LOL!

If you weigh every day, you really should only weigh once - and always at the same time.

Don't let yourself become a slave to the number. Celebrate all the other ways you are bettering yourself, such as a whole day on plan, getting in your exercise, planning menus, etc.

I actually asked my husband to hide from me a few years ago! I was totally obsessed and I couldn't stay off it. It was frustrating at first, but turned in to a good thing.

These days, I have my scale and I'm able to use it responsibly, lol.

I weigh several times daily. I just love seeing the numbers so low, compared to last summer when they were so high. It keeps me motivated, and makes me feel accomplished - even if the numbers move in the wrong direction, they're still much lower.

If my boyfriend hid my scale, I'd be pretty cranky.

And I definitely LOL'd at Yoyo's "Hide the remote"

My husband has hidden chocolate candy from me without telling me he had it, because he knows it's a weakness of mine and was trying to be suportive. But then he felt guilty about keeping a secret from me and told me where it was anyways! And then he got a hang dog look on his face because he had led me to temptation.

Poor guy. I told him it was fine for him to have his own food, that I was the one with weight issues and not him. And that yes, not letting me know about probably was doing me good.

It was kinda funny in a sweet, fumbling sort of way.
