Hi there! I'm a teacher too, and really hoping that the summer is going to be a good time for me - but I'm worried that without the structure of my daily and weekly routines, I may find it hard to keep on eating sensibly and getting exercise. (In the holidays I tend to be lax about bothering with breakfast, and often forget to take my morning supplements and just enjoy this whole big limbo existence of shapeless days, rather than getting up at 6.30 and making damn sure I've eaten breakfast and taken my vitamins before leaving for work.)
Maybe we can cheer each other on?
I'm not doing the Fat Smash diet myself, but I'd totally agree that you CAN do this! The most important thing is self belief, and determination. That's what it takes! Welcome aboard!
