The only plan I'm familiar with that might suit your requirements is Diet to Go's vegetarian plan. Have you looked at that one? (Or you could probably do their 1200-cal traditional plan and sub out the meat options -- they have a lot of fish dishes.)
PurFoods also offers a vegetarian plan, but their non-veg plans don't have a lot of fish, unfortunately.
