Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf

  • Just wanted to run this by you guys to make sure it's SBD friendly. I bought Kashi 7 whole grain pilaf.
    The ingredients are:
    Whole Oats
    Whole Long Grain Brown Rice
    Whole Rye
    Whole Hard Red Winter Wheat
    Whole Titracale
    Whole Barley
    Whole Buckwheat
    Whole Sesame Seeds

    Has 170 calories & 6G fiber per 1/2 cup serving
    Sugar 0G
    Fat 3G
    Protein 6G

    It looked OK to me. I've eaten it in the past in the Kashi frozen dinners and it's really yummy.

  • Spryng, the food list was revised. Check out the Phase II Revised Foodlist in the FAQ.
  • I got it at a health food store - Better Herbs. But I think Kashi products are widely available.
  • I have the new book I just haven't read much into phase 2 yet because I plan on staying on phase 1 for at least a month
  • Spryng, do not do Phase I longer than the two weeks. You will be missing too many nutrients. It is not for just weightloss but for detoxing.
  • well I know the book says you can do it longer just not indefinitely and I do plan on adding back in red wine in 6 more days,lol.. I just have my brothers wedding on july 4th and I lose slowly so I just want to make sure I don't come to a stall before the wedding, I am just hoping for 10 lbs this month in all
