Hey girls - missed you bunches today! Man didn't realize how much I was on here until I didn't have it .
I weighed in at 220.8 (-3.4) this am - omg I can't wait until that's under 220 - they've been around too long!!
I went to a free community yoga class tonight. It was Bikram Yoga that's done in a room between 95-105 degrees. I didn't know this before I went. I couldn't deal and left 30 minutes in. I couldn't stay still on the mat because of all the sweating. I hate giving up but it was gross and I started getting very dizzy. I love yoga but not like that!

I was at 157.6 this morning. I've been bouncing up and down all week because it's senior week at my school, so there's some kind of celebratory meal or drinking extravaganza every 5 seconds, but hopefully everything will settle down soon and I can get fully back on track.
Well I'm back at 167 today ... which is what I started the challenge at. TOM is winding down and I took the last of the Prednisone for the pneumonia today. Thank heavens. I know that the Pred is making me retain water (not to mention playing merry **** with my appetite!).
So officially, as of today:
SW: 167
CW: 167
GW: 162
(And I should change my ticker, but I'm not going to. I was actually officially down to 164 on Monday, so I know it's just a TOM swing and the meds! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. If I'm still up on Monday, which is my official weigh-in day, then I guess I'll bite the bullet and change it! )

219.0 this AM ladies for 5.2lbs lost!!! Maybe all that sweating in a hot a$$ room is good for you!! This is also 20lbs lost since I began on here in April
This one was close! I'll start #12 and hopefully no more lost posts and forums!
