Hello! I have been poking around this site for ages now and finally decided to join. I am a SAHM of three and have been married for 11 years.
I was 134 in high school and I'm 5' 8". After some rough years I gained weight and was 212 at my heaviest. I was able to lose the weight by changing some bad eating habits and using some Richard Simmons videos (don't laugh!

). I was able to get down to 160 and was pretty happy with that! Fast forward a few years, had some issues, gained 20 pounds back, and then had my 3rd and final baby. So now I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, which is 180. My first goal is to get back to 160 and then go from there. I'd LOVE to be back to under 150 but I'm trying to be realistic, lol.
I've done South Beach before and really liked it but I won't do the Phase I again until my son is totally weaned, which probably will be in a few months. So for now I'm just trying to eat healthy and stay active! I have a treadmill that I somehow never find time to get on these days.

I need to get in gear, lol.
